Office Administrator

Our client based in Letchworth Garden City is recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their growing team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for keeping up with basic office tasks, keeping and maintaining a clean work environment for everyone, and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Monitor LiveChat
- Office Management
- Opening and closing of the office (blinds, music, etc)
- Office upkeep (keeping it organised and tidy)
- Checking the mail
- Maintain office stock
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
- All shipping and receiving
- Calendaring for a variety of people on a variety of calendars (experience here is a must)
- Own conference room scheduling
- Writing, proofreading and formatting documentation (internal messaging, client reports, Internal guides)
- Assisting with administrative duties that relate to scheduling, monitoring and supporting departments such as Marketing, Support, Sales & PMO.
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationary and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
- Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees and company events
**Requirements**:
- Ability to work in an extremely fast
- paced environment
- A level or equivalent
- G Suite
- Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides
- Exceptional leadership, organisational and time management skills
- Presentation skills and customer services knowledge
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting procedures such as bookkeeping and other general financial procedures
- Proven experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist or other relevant position
- Knowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration functions such as word processors, spreadsheets and specialised office management tools.
- Proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage business correspondence and the ability to handle confidential information
