**Hours: 37.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday - normal office hours**

This role is working for our client 'City Facilities Management’ who are a global FM company based in Glasgow.

Working within the Finance team of City Facilities Management (UK) Ltd, part of City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd, based at their Glasgow Headquarters.

CFM (UK) Ltd has responsibility for the Facilities Management and Cleaning of circa 700 Retail Sites in the UK. Their I.T. systems include Sun 6, Sun Vision, DEPM and Epoch (City bespoke system).

**Job Purpose**

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of all key Finance tasks.

**Principal Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts;
- Sales ledger tasks including dealing closely with our two key customers, weekly reviews of aged debt and raising sales invoices;
- Maintaining control over balance sheet accounts;
- Posting and reconciling bank transactions;
- Building an understanding of contracts;
- Ensure all tasks are completed and relevant deadlines are met by team;
- Other ad-hoc administration projects/duties.

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in a high-volume transaction environment
- Commitment to deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
