Our Public Collection Volunteer roles, are central to community Fundraising efforts.

We are looking for passionate and confident people, to attend bucket collections, whilst raising awareness for Acorns.

At Acorns we provide care and support for life limited or life threatened children and their families. We are a charity, and our fundraising is vital to enable us to continue providing care and support to the children: it costs around £10 million a year to run our care services.

Being a Public Collection Volunteer is an exciting and varied role. You get to choose your hours/availability. Collections take place, at a range of locations, such as Football stadiums, Supermarkets, and events.

How much time will it take? Our collections range from an hour, at the beginning of an event, to a whole morning, afternoon, or evening, We collect both on weekends and on weekdays. So we will have a bucket collection to suit you
