A position has become available for a Lead Administrator in our Team based in Stoke-on-Trent. The role involves managing a team of administrators to deliver gas servicing and repair contracts for social housing. This includes:

- Ensuring that client and internal KPIs are met.
- Managing workflows via our internal IT system to ensure accuracy of information.
- Completing administration / scheduling work in-line with department needs.
- Building and maintaining relationships with client(s), tenants and external customers.
- Daily/weekly/monthly reporting to Directors and client(s).
- Attendance at client contract meetings and reporting on progress to date.
- Overseeing engineer workloads.
- Ensuring all paperwork is returned and checked, and any remedial works planned, completed etc.
- Managing the departments holiday cover and training needs.
- Ensuring compliance is monitored and kept in date.

**Salary**: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
