This opportunity for a
**HR Administrator** to join a thriving, successful and growing team, comes at a pivotal time for the business as they continue to experience significant growth.
Reporting into the HR Manager you will join a relaxed and friendly HR Department, ensuring that you provide support to the Human Resources Department in line with the overall strategy ensuring the delivery of best practice day-to-day HR and Training support.

**What we need from you?**
- Maintenance of the HR database and HR personnel records, spreadsheets, and trackers.
- To assist with the administration and coordination of recruitment activities.
- Process and produce all documentation for starters, changes, and leavers.
- Assist the HR Officer with the delivery of all induction training programmes for employees.
- Employee welfare and the promotion of family-friendly/flexible working policies.
- To assist with the coordination of arrangements for the review of occupational health reports with employees and management as appropriate following appointments with the Company’s occupational health providers for the purposes of sickness absence, management and/or medical referrals, H&S requirements.
- Plan for employees who are retiring.
- To take minutes at meetings as appropriate.
