This role would suit someone with previous experience in HR, Payroll, Admin looking for a new role within an well-established company.

The Role:

  • Processing 2 bureau payrolls (approx. 350 employees), ensuring all information is correct.
  • Supporting HR department with administrative duties such as occupational medicals, producing reports, complete new starter and leaver processes, preparing audit information, reviewing absence records etc
  • 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

The Person

  • Experience with Payroll processes
  • Previous experience working for a company within the engineering sector would be highly advantageous but not essential
  • IT literate, good customer service & communication skills
