Due to recent expansion and exiting new product launches, we are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our busy, fast paced team at Ellesmere Port.
**Job description**
Working as a Customer Service Representative in our new, modern head office at Ellesmere Port, you will receive one to one training on our products, processes and systems.
- Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, continuously checking stock to ensure that orders will be dispatched on their due date.
- Answer customer calls, taking personal ownership for each customer interaction, understanding their needs and reacting with efficiency, professionalism and knowledge to maintain our reputation and drive confidence in our products and services.
- Develop excellent product knowledge to help resolve customer queries.
- Update customer EDI systems when necessary.
**Skills that will help you in the role**:
- Experience of working in a data entry or related office role
- A team player - someone who will support colleagues and promote a positive work environment & team spirit
- Ability to work seamlessly as part of a team but also to their own initiative.
- Ability to self motivate and prioritise workload.
- Strong multitasking skills, allowing you to navigate different systems and process information while talking to customers
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - an ability to build rapport with customers across all communication channels.
- Proficient IT skills - an ability to navigate a broad range of internal systems.
- able to maintain a calm and professional approach when working under pressure.
- Excellent time keeping and attendance.
