**We have an excellent Opportunity for an experienced Trials and Trends Co-Ordinator to join Montagne Jeunesse / 7th Heaven based in Port Talbot, South Wales on a full time permanent basis**_**.**_

Montagne Jeunesse is a leading entrepreneurial FMCG health and beauty business which sells its brands including 7th Heaven into 93 countries around the world. After a transformative year and in response to changing business needs, our rapidly changing FMCG business is looking for an experienced Trials and Trends Co-Ordinator.

**Position Overview**

You will be responsible for monitoring Markets, Competitor and Consumer Trends to identify and share opportunities that will fit with the Business and Brand Strategy to take forward into NPD product proposals for in-store trial testing.

Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating in-store trial testing and carrying out analysis of the results, to confirm whet
- Research, monitor, analyse and report on the Beauty market, lifestyle trends, competitor, and consumer activity to identify opportunities for NPD with justification.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with NPD and Marketing to ensure NPD concepts fit Business and Brand Strategy with available Sales Channels and target RSPs.
- Work closely with NPD to create Trial store testing forward Planogram.
- Co-ordinate and prepare samples for merchandising and stock replenishment of trial stores.
- Review Trial store fixtures daily, count and report stock numbers, replenish stock.
- Translate in-store sales data with a weekly overview of results.
- At the end of each in-store test period analyse results and prepare a report identifying which concepts should be progressed to launch
- Mine Retailer EPOS data for insights and combine with Trial-store testing data to continually validate optimum range for the brand
- Support with preparation of Sales & Business Marketing presentation needs.

**About you**:

- Marketing/Sales Beauty business experience preferred.
- Strong ability to interpret data to identify opportunities.
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Goal orientated and able to take the initiative when required.
- A passion for Beauty products and good understanding of the Market Sector.
