**The role and responsibilities of a Group Executive Assistant**:
As a Group Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support and managing the day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office across all Group companies.
As a key point of contact for all Group Executives, Investors and internal and external stakeholders, the incumbent must be able to operate at all levels of experience and have the flexibility and passion to manage the CEOs office always ensuring a seamless coordination and efficient workflow. Your role will include:
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations and minutes, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, senior executives, customers (where appropriate), and external contacts.
- Act as a representative of the CEO in their absence, representing their interests and maintaining a professional and positive image both internally and externally.
- Co-ordinate and oversee special projects, initiatives and strategic priorities assigned by the CEO, working closely with relevant teams to ensure successful execution.
- Conduct research, collect data, follow up on action items, and provide regular updates to the CEO and other stakeholders.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to the CEO’s style and preferences.
- Manage the flow of information into and out of the CEO’s office, including disseminating internal communications from the CEO, managing incoming requests, and preparing outgoing communications.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and relevant news to provide timely updates and insights to the CEO and Group executives.
- Draw up a CEO social media protocol and assume responsibility for CEO’s Linkedin profile management and sharing of/commenting on external stakeholder posts.
**Skills and experience required to be a successful Group Executive Assistant**:
Essential

- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
- Flexibility and ability to respond effectively to changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to communicate at all levels, both verbally and written.
- Sound decision-making.
- Good level of competence in Microsoft 365.
Desirable
- External PR experience, experience of creating and executing a communication strategy.
- Experience of project managing events.
- Building strong long-term relationships at all levels.
- Influencing and relationship-building capability.
- Private Equity/M&A experience
