We'd love to hear from you for this new part-time temporary role with one of our key clients.

**Your temp role as the company's part-time Office Assistant/Receptionist will include the following**:

- Answer the phone
- Open the door
- Deal with courier
- Assist with shipping (packing, waiting for courier, printing documents)
- Empty dishwasher
- Checking snack supply
- Other ad hoc tasks such as organise the meeting room, ordering lunch for team and clients, calling the plumber or the landlord, etc

**You'll have a friendly personality and be able to just get on with things as well as have the following personality and skills**:

- Good initiative
- Able to follow processes
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Chat, Drive)
- Great attention to detail
- You're looking for a temp role - 9am to 2pm in Gospel Oak on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
- You can start in the next few weeks
