Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO)

The Tenant Liaison Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of operational initiatives by fostering and nurturing constructive relationships with residents, subcontractors, client representatives, and the internal team at Example Recruitment.

This position demands a proactive approach, with the TLO responsible for delivering precise information through both written and verbal communication. Key duties include maintaining comprehensive records, addressing complaints, and responding to the needs of residents and the site management team.

This role is essential for cultivating outstanding customer relationships.

  • Improve resident appointment access rates.
  • Oversee all communications with residents.
  • Address resident complaints in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Senior/Lead Resident Liaison Officer and Site Management team.
  • Organize resident communications and engagement activities.
  • Secure and update resident information.
  • Act as the primary contact for residents.
  • Respond to inquiries or complaints promptly.
  • Participate in operational meetings and contribute effectively.
  • Manage the complaints process for swift and effective resolution.
  • Keep residents informed in collaboration with the site management team.
  • Support residents during both planned and emergency works.
  • Coordinate all resident appointments.
  • Help achieve social value objectives and commitments.
  • Identify and document the special needs or circumstances of individual residents for team reference.
  • Arrange appointments for residents with specific requirements.
  • Maintain records in accordance with company procedures and GDPR regulations.
  • Comply with the company's quality and environmental management systems.
  • Understand the environmental aspects and impacts pertinent to the role.
  • Ensure adherence to GDPR in all company activities.

This role requires regular travel to various operational sites as designated by the company.
