About the Role:
The Tenant Liaison Officer will play a critical role in facilitating the smooth operation of our residential projects. This will involve building and maintaining positive relationships between residents, subcontractors, client representatives, and our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resident relationships to improve access rates for appointments.
- Manage and maintain all communication with residents.
- Responsible for managing resident complaints in a timely manner.
- Support the Senior/Lead Resident Liaison Officer and Site Management team.
- Plan and program resident communications and engagement events.
- Ensure residential data is kept secure and updated.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents.
- Manage queries or complaints in a timely manner.
- Attend and contribute to operational meetings.
- Oversee the complaints procedure to ensure complaints are dealt with quickly and effectively.
- Work with the site management team to keep residents fully informed.
- Liaise and support residents throughout planned and emergency works.
- Arrange all appointments.
- Support management with social value targets and commitment.
- Identify any special needs or circumstances of individual residents, ensuring they are recorded for wider team reference.
- Work with the site manager to assign set appointments for residents with specific needs.
- Maintain records in line with company procedures, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
- Ensure understanding of the company quality and environmental management systems and work according to their requirements.
- Be aware of the environmental aspects and impacts relevant to the work, ensuring compliance with any environmental legislation applicable to the job.
- Ensure all company activities are GDPR compliant.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. They will be proactive, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
