This role demands a proactive approach, ensuring the delivery of precise information through both written and verbal communication channels. Key responsibilities include:
- Enhancing resident appointment accessibility.
- Managing all forms of communication with residents.
- Addressing resident complaints in a timely manner.
- Providing support to the Senior/Lead Resident Liaison Officer and Site Management team.
- Planning and organizing resident communication and engagement activities.
- Securing and updating residential information.
- Serving as the primary contact for residents.
- Responding to queries or complaints swiftly.
- Participating in operational meetings and contributing meaningfully.
- Overseeing the complaints process for effective resolution.
- Keeping residents informed in collaboration with the site management team.
- Offering assistance to residents during both planned and emergency works.
- Coordinating all resident appointments.
- Supporting the achievement of social value objectives and commitments.
- Identifying and documenting special needs or circumstances of individual residents for team awareness.
- Arranging appointments for residents with specific requirements.
- Maintaining records in accordance with company policies and GDPR regulations.
- Complying with the company's quality and environmental management systems.
- Understanding the environmental aspects and impacts pertinent to the role.
- Ensuring GDPR compliance in all company operations.
This role necessitates regular travel to various operational sites as designated by the company.
