**What you can expect to be doing**:
You will work in a small team of training administrators who manage the day-to-day co-ordination of the Pan-Dorset Safeguarding Children training provision(PDSCP).

Provision of the multi-agency Safeguarding training enables staff to work effectively both within their own agency and across organisational boundaries.

The work involves a range of activities including (but not limited to):

- Uploading of course information and management through the Dorset Nexus platform
- Sending out booking reminders, invite links and registers in a timely manner
- Ensuring master spreadsheets and relevant training files e.g., registers are marked accordingly and kept up to date
- Liaising with training providers, delegates and various teams within the local authority Children’s Services and partner agencies
- Maintaining information and undertaking research and analysing data to provide performance and management reporting as required
- Provide support in regard to course take up and offering recommendations to ensure maximum return on investment
- Overseen by the other team administrators and working together to ensure cover for A/L and sickness

We are looking for a team member with a high level of organisational skills who enjoys working in a varied and busy role. Someone who takes a structured approach to planning and problem solving, who is adaptable, proactive and willing to learn.

The role is part-time and would be for 20 hours per week (09:00 am -14:00 pm)Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, this is the ideal however open to consider requests.

This post requires significant travel. You must have a vehicle (or transport we deem suitable) available for use as needed.
