**The Main Duties/Responsibilities**: To provide skilled and culturally sensitive interpreting for families within the service and support clients to access local services and facilities whilst working alongside members of the Health Visiting/School Nursing Locality Teams. To undertake lone working under the direction of the Health Visitor/School Nurse and to discuss actions and interventions completed with the clients to ensure understanding e.g. attending appointments and reducing Was not brought. For workers to develop a rapport and acceptance within the Pakistan/Indian or Arabian communities and to foster quality relationships and to deal sensitively with clients using well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. And promote uptake of the Vaccination and Immunisation Programme.
