SERVICE CARE SOLUTIONS LTD is partnering with a renowned charity to find the perfect candidate for a Community Outreach Worker role in their gambling support service.
This charity has a long history of supporting individuals struggling with addiction, including gambling. As a Community Outreach Worker, you will be responsible for facilitating referrals, providing guidance, and engaging with stakeholders to promote the service and its impact.
The position is part-time (21 hours) and offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. strong>
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver guidance, assessment, and intervention services to clients experiencing difficulties with gambling.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, publicizing the service and its achievements.
- Establish partnerships with local community groups and organizations.
Candidates must hold a minimum level 4 qualification in a relevant field, such as health and social care, social work, education, community, mental health, health promotion, or equivalent.
