We have an opportunity for a passionate, self-motivated individual to be accountable for the control processes and coordination across multiple departments of the pricing, material & customer master data lifecycles, within SAP and associated data systems. You will also be responsible for investigating and solving complex issues relating to pricing, material & customer master data.

**Here's what you can expect to be doing**
- Coordinate SAP master data relating to the whole pricing, material & customer master data lifecycles.
- Provide master data troubleshooting - reviewing where processes should be challenged or updated, and when they must be adhered to, ensuring the smooth continuation of data flow across the relevant SAP functions.
- Extraction and analysis of pricing, material and customer master data from department systems and catalogue portals for the purpose of compiling reports and providing relevant data to customers and the business.
- Establish effective and professional communication channels between multiple B. Braun departments, across the UK and global, as well as customers and other relevant external personnel. Use positive influencing skills to ensure responses to our queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Analyse the quality of the pricing, material and customer master data by performing regular data quality checks, identifying and rectifying discrepancies, using these to continuously develop the related processes.
- Coordinate relevant master data catalogue e-portals & global data synchronisation network (GDSN) data pool.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and development relating to the department’s systems and processes.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Proven experience of working within an administration role or data management
- Proven experience of using an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
- High attention to detail and work to a high degree of accuracy
- Positive influencing skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage a busy and conflicting workload
- Good knowledge of Microsoft, including intermediate Excel skills
- Good organisation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
