Supervisory Administrator required for this three month temp role based on the outskirts of Cambridge City (with parking):
Start: ASAP
Duration: 2-3 months
Pay rate: £15.99 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Cambridge (with parking) and hybrid work on offer
**Duties**:

- Supporting the admin for planned maintenance
- Planning and scheduling activities
- Admin of work orders
- Processing documentation
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed
- Provide timely management information, analysis and reports
- Ensure all services and projects are delivered in a beneficial and cost effective manner

**Skills/experience required**:

- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyse data and prepare analytics and reports
- CAFM systems experience
- Previous experience within an FM/Maintenance setting
