Our client, a leading Financial Services Business, require a general administrator to support their HR team and support them through the recruitment lifecycle.

You will be trained and will learn many aspects of HR and be exposed to generalist HR and recruitment.

Duties;
- First point of contact for all external recruitment enquiries, and secondary point of contact for internal recruitment enquiries
- Support HR Executive in helping hiring managers on appropriate recruitment and selection strategies
- Administer the leaver process, informing payroll and arranging exit interviews
- All contract variations
- Assist in the production of regular data/metrics for HR/Recruitment

Experience;
- Previous experience as a HR or Recruitment Administrator
- Relevant previous experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A Passion for recruitment/HR
