Responsibilities will be varied and will include supporting with the end-to-end recruitment process; induction meetings; processing contractual changes; assisting with HR/Recruitment metrics; parental leave administration and general HR administration asrequired.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of working in HR and of administration processes. An exposure to UK employment law would be an advantage as would some form of CIPD accreditation. As an individual you will have a strong interestin HR, for your personal career development and be looking for that next step. You will need to be a good team player and have strong interpersonal skills and be someone who can build and maintain strong relationships. Confidentiality, discretion and focusare key qualities as is the ability to work to tight deadlines.
