**Professional Office Administrative/Support**:
Creating and maintaining electronic filing systems

Project Management Support

Monitoring progress against objectives, ensuring projects remain on schedule, anticipating and managing risks, and maintaining accurate records. Assisting with the project logistics including that of people and goods.

Budget Management

Budget monitoring, requisitioning, raising purchase orders, manipulating data using spreadsheets, assisting with budget forecasting, and understanding commercial and procurement policies.

Transactions and Receipts Processing

Checking invoices against Purchase orders and assisting with goods in, identifying mismatches and back orders to ensure accuracy, using internal systems.

Basic Staff and Customer Services

Providing guidance for staff on HR regulations and timesheets, dealing with customers professionally, and resolving queries within agreed timeframes.

**Who we’re looking for**:
To be a success in one of these roles you’ll have excellent organisation skills, take responsibility for your own work, and be committed to ensuring high standards. You’ll be enthusiastic and committed, and with strong literacy and numeracy skills, you’ll also be a confident and proficient user of Windows 10 and the Microsoft Office suite of software.

We’ll expect you to possess good interpersonal, team-working, and oral and written communication skills, and in addition to superb organisational, analytical and planning abilities, you’ll be capable of working to tight deadlines.

You should also have the skills to make effective decisions, identify problems and propose solutions as you work to maintain a high level of professionalism.

**Key Skills**:
Good standard of education including excellent numeracy and literacy skills.

Previous experience in an office environment

Proven ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships will staff at all levels of the organisation.

Good problem solving skills and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Previous experience of prioritising tasks to achieve goals.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
