We are currently recruiting for an **Office Administrator/Personal Assistant** for our Head Office, which is located just outside of Ringwood, Hampshire. The role of the Office Administrator is to provide effective and efficient administration support within our head office, as well as provide support with various office tasks including facilities management, general administration and providing excelled customer service as first point of contact for the company.
Main duties:
- To be the first point of contact, during working hours, and deal with enquiries promptly and professionally.
- General office/administrative duties including devising/updating and filing documentation, implementing systems, and maintaining accurate information and purchasing of goods and services.
- HR administration tasks throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Provide admin support related to facilities management.
- Support communication relating to Social Media.
- To identify and communicate improvements to administrative processes.
- To deal with both regular and ad-hoc administrative tasks using relevant software and/or office equipment.
- To support senior managers with diary management and booking rooms.
- To take accurate minutes at informal and formal meetings and hearings.
- Schedule meetings, prepare and distribute meeting notifications, correspondence, and agenda materials.
The skills we need are:
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent skills in MS Office package
- Proactive in identifying areas of development and improvement.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Highly organised and the ability to manage competing demands and tasks with short deadlines.
- Ability to use general office equipment.
**What we offer**:
- **Salary**: up to £23,000 per annum
