The Senior Office Administrator is a supportive role that provides administrative assistant to the Sales and Technical Teams, while also facilitating collaboration within the teams. The Senior Administrator will also function as a liaison between departmentswithin the organisation. **Responsibilities of Senior Administrator**:

- Answering telephone calls and logging tickets on the CRM system.
- Dealing with, and processing customer requests.
- Quoting and ordering equipment.
- Receiving and booking in equipment.
- Managing client assets on the CRM.
- Arranging equipment returns.
- Cross-checking build of laptops & mobiles before dispatch.
- Dispatching goods.
- Updating systems.
- Ensuring office supplies and stock are always maintained.
- Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
- Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and communicate effectively.
- Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and their basic IT requirements.
- Raising Sales invoices.
- Strong organisational, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Skill in preparing written communications and materials.
- Confident and experienced using IT systems including Microsoft Office Applications; Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly to meet customer deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
