Job Title: Part Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable administrative assistant to join our team on a part-time basis at our Head Office in Ringwood. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, with excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support the front of house reception.
  • Order office supplies and stationery as required.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a polite manner.
  • Resolve maintenance issues in partnership with the Facilities Manager.
  • Process post and special deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date telephone contact lists and intranet information.
  • Monitor health & safety matters and ensure compliance.
  • Process purchase orders for the department, obtaining required approval.
  • Organize contractors and third-party suppliers as needed.
  • Provide general support and administration for the Facilities Manager.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior administrative or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel and Word).
