Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director. Located in Ringwood, Hampshire, this role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing business and contribute to its success.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Churchill Estates Management Ltd as a Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Managing Director, oversee the smooth running of administration and reception at our Head Office, and liaise with internal and external contacts at the highest levels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential administrative support to the Managing Director
- Oversee the smooth running of administration and reception at our Head Office
- Liaise with internal and external contacts at the highest levels
- Organise meetings and travel arrangements for the MD
- Ensure that key decisions are acted upon timely and escalated as needed
- Collate board packs and distribute them to relevant Board Directors and CEM Leadership team members
- Take minutes of meetings and ensure they are accurate and distributed
- Ensure that all correspondence received via email, post or telephone for the MD is acted upon professionally and timely
- Support the Administrator and Receptionist during periods of absence and work with the group Facilities team on matters relating to the office
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or equivalent role
- Excellent problem-solving skills, highly organised, and structured approach to work
- Ability to work outside of routine, think on your feet, and enjoy a varied and diverse set of responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed IT skills, including Microsoft packages, and ability to take minutes and actions in meetings
