We’re looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious, and motivated individual to join our team at the Shuttlewood Clarke Foundation.

Set in beautiful countryside with stunning views over Charnwood, the Foundation has a unique atmosphere and is a place where our visitors can relax with family and friends.

The duties of this role include (but are not limited to):
**Administration**:

- Welcoming visitors and taking payments for classes and day visits as and when required.

**Communications**:

- Promoting awareness of the Foundation’s work through various channels (i.e. social media, the Foundation’s website, press releases).
- Representing the Foundation in a variety of settings including presentations, talks, exhibitions and key events.
- Maintaining the Information Hub at Ulverscroft Grange.
- Creating and circulating promotional material.
- Developing and maintaining partnerships with external stakeholders, including local community groups and other charities to promote the work of the Foundation.

This is a part-time role. The working hours are 30 hours per week (6 hours per day Monday to Friday).

**About Us**

The Shuttlewood Clarke Foundation was founded in 1990 and is a registered charity. The main focus of the Foundation's work is to provide wellbeing and support services and to offer comfort to the elderly and vulnerable adults of all ages with disabilities, throughout the Leicestershire area. Volunteers are the life blood of the Foundation and they support the core activities of the charity. There are opportunities for one off support, weekly or more frequent roles. Joining our wonderful volunteering team is a great opportunity to help us to help others.
