**Job overview**:
A new exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of an enthusiastic, well organised administrator to join the Employment Compliance Team. This is a full time position and will be based at Heartlands Hospital.

The role is varied and has tight deadlines that need to be met on weekly/monthly basis and you will therefore need to have a flexible working attitude with excellent organisational and communication skills to manage these deadlines. A good understanding of a range of Microsoft packages in particular Excel is essential. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required. A knowledge of Right to work and immigration in general would be an advantage.

**Main duties, tasks & skills required**:

- Communication and interpersonal skills

- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above or equivalent experience
- NVQ Business Admin Level 3 or comparable experience

**Experience**:

- Recent experience of administration equivalent to NVQ Level 3

**Desirable**:

- Experience of recent generalist HR administration in a large, complex organisation
- Experience within a busy recruitment team
