**Customer Services and Accounts Assistant**

**Role Profile**:

- Prepare weekly reports for stakeholders and Head of Finance on debt collection and ordering issues.
- Speedy manipulation of data within Excel, and ad hoc reporting.
- Process all orders, in a timely manner and taking payment from the customers before the order can be released.
- Make calls to customers for their weekly product orders, working with a predetermined call list.
- Make sure the accounts are up to date and everyone has paid for product orders and rents within their agreed terms.
- Answer all incoming calls, as promptly as possible.
- Liaise with third party supplier, resolving any order queries.
- Deal with customer queries, in a friendly prompt manner.
- Assisting other members of the accounts team (purchase ledger, payroll, credit control), when time permits.
- Identify missing invoices or unallocated payments on Creditor and Debtors’ ledgers and resolve issues.
- Statement reconciliations.

**Key skills**:

- Able to effectively manage expectations.
- Liaise with all customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Strong communication skills both verbal & written
- IT literate including Excel.
- Methodical and good attention to detail.
- 2 Years in a similar role would be preferred.
