- Fixed Term Maternity Cover - 15 MonthsThe Project Support role will work within the Connect Team to provide all aspects of project administration. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills further and be involved with exciting projects across Connect.

**About the role**
You will be
- Creating effective training documentation
- Co-ordinating training sessions for Connect
- Assessing competency of trainees and arranging feedback sessions
- Working collaboratively with the Titan PO’s to provide assistance with migration checks
- Gathering data to support current projects & Titan
- Support Connect processing tasks when required
Getting involved in
- A healthy work/life balance, this opportunity will offer you a 35-hour working week, working between 7am-7pm Monday-Friday, with the option to condense your hours and make this a 4-day week. You will have the flexibility to work from home with the requirement to attend the office for face to face training sessions.

**About you**:
**Education and Qualifications**
- A reasonable standard of education or equivalent qualifications/experience.
**Experience**
- Working in a fast-paced environment, working to tight timescales and achieving expected outcomes.
- Demonstrable experience of establishing, developing and maintaining lasting relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work both as part of a team while demonstrating the ability to work on your own initiative to deliver agreed objectives.
**Skills**
- Good interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with people at different levels of the company (Verbal & Written)
- Decision making and problem solving with the ability to think on your feet.
- Well organised and able to prioritise workloads.
- Encouraging and supportive with the ability to use your initiative and take the lead.
- Flexible, can do professional approach to work.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
