**What you'd do**

Client Partner is split into three key areas: clients, people and commercial.

Client:

- Form and maintain **meaningful relationships **with key clients, addressing and supporting their business challenges and helping us win with our clients
- **Inspire **and **challenge** the client teams to produce extraordinary and inspirational work for our clients.

People:

- Lead and support a diverse team in their own personal and professional development helping them and Brainlabs **build for the future **by creating high performing teams.
- Team members will love working with you, you'll flex your leadership style to drive a **bias for action **amongst your Brainlabbers and know how to grow and develop them too.
- Marketplace is a constantly changing and evolving product and discipline within marketing, you will **be a coach **for your team helping to spot skill gaps and areas of opportunity to create the highest performing team possible.
- You'll manage the resources and time in your team to ensure we're always delivering in a structured and efficient way helping to maximise your team's output whilst helping to prevent burnout.

Commercial:

- You'll have significant experience leading a **complex portfolio of clients**, using your **commercial mindset **to resource these in the most efficient and effective way.
- Understand where the **opportunity **is in growing revenue for our current clients spotting when and how to upsell against all products in the Brainlabs portfolio.
- **Owning your P&L helping to manage your own costs and growth in a proactive and efficient way.**:

- Help to lead **new business **pitches as the expert in your field helping to drive overall new business to Brainlabs.

**Who we're looking for**:

- You'll have significant experience leading a **complex portfolio of clients**, building, and maintaining excellent relationships to **help us grow with our clients.**:

- You will be an **Amazon **expert** with an understanding of **Retail Media**:

- You will have significant experience leading high performing teams to deliver the best outcome for both their professional and personal development and our clients.
- You'll be well versed in **new business **and **pitching**.
- It's in your nature to **drive **things forward, you won't be satisfied is we're not making progress or feel like we're slowing down.
