We are looking for a **Benefits Advisor** to lead on the day-to-day delivery and promotion of our benefits and perks package and maximise the offering to colleagues at all levels across the club.

**Your day-to-day**
- Accountability for the smooth administration and delivery of the Arsenal benefits and perks suite, which currently includes private medical and other insurances, salary sacrifice schemes, wellbeing initiatives (health checks, inoculations and pension surgeries) as well as other discounts and perks.
- Supporting all Arsenal employees to get the most out of their benefits and our benefits platform (Reward Gateway).
- Supporting the People Services team to manage basic queries efficiently; act as point of escalation for more complex issues.
- Researching, analysing and supporting with the presentation of benefits related data, including relevance and performance.
- Coaching colleagues and managers on accessing and maximising their benefits and perks through the systems.
- Managing payroll related benefit actions (such as deductions), P11D and tax implications of benefits, as well as regular invoicing and Pos.
- Owning the day-to-day relationships with benefit suppliers, supporting on the benefits renewal process.

**What we are looking for**
- Demonstrable experience in an employee benefit focused role.
- Good understanding of UK tax implications and legal compliance requirements of PAYE / BIK. Exposure to and/or understanding of 401K and US style benefits is desirable but not essential.
- Basic understanding of pensions (understanding of annual allowance and pensions legislation desirable).
- A strong team focus and a practical, ‘hands on’ approach.
- CIPD qualified (Level 3 / Level 5 desirable) and/or equivalent industry experience.
- An aptitude for technology, data and systems.
- Ability to produce, analyse and interpret HR metrics, their impact and efficient use.
