We are seeking a highly skilled Reward and Benefits Advisor to join our team at James Gray Associates. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date HR records, accurately entering payroll data, and assisting with pension administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain HR Records: Ensure accurate and timely entry of HR data into our company systems.
  • Payroll Data Entry: Accurately enter payroll data and assist with pension administration to ensure seamless processing.
  • Benefit Scheme Management: Support annual benefit enrolments and day-to-day benefit scheme management to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Salary and Bonus Review: Assist in the annual salary and bonus review process to ensure fair and equitable compensation.
  • HR Metrics and Data Analysis: Conduct benchmarking, job matching, and support data production/analysis for HR metrics to inform business decisions.
  • HR Software Development: Support the development of HR-related software, including Cascade, to enhance our HR operations.
  • Reporting and Data Production: Produce reports and data as needed to meet business requirements and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Experience in HR: Experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services firm or financial services firm.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in HR Management Systems and Excel, with skills in creating spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
  • Research and Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical abilities to inform business decisions and drive HR operations.
  • Knowledge of HR Operations: Knowledgeable in HR operations, including hiring, payroll, and benefits, to ensure compliance and efficiency.
