Lewis Row Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Reward and Benefits Advisor to support the delivery and management of the UK employee benefits programmes and reward strategies for a global law firm in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Benefits Programme Management: Manage the UK benefit offering, including administration, communication, query resolution, and project work, such as benefit renewals, legislative changes, market reviews, and process changes.
  2. Policies and Procedures: Support the implementation of UK benefits policies, ensuring they reflect the firm's strategic principles and key performance criteria are agreed and monitored to assess ROI.
