Job Title: Reward and Data Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward and Data Manager to join our HR Team at a leading Law Firm in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of reward and benefits, including salary and bonus reviews, benefit enrolments, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on the annual salary and bonus review, including building guidelines and frameworks, and providing data analysis and insights to inform pay decisions.
  • Manage all benefit-related work streams, including pension-related matters, and ensure the reward offering remains relevant.
  • Undertake regular activities such as benchmarking and grading methodology, including job matching.
  • Produce the gender pay gap report in conjunction with finance, providing internal data and analysis to support ongoing improvements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate reward and benefits information to stakeholders.
  • Oversee outsourced payroll and suggest tools to streamline and automate processes.
  • Manage and support data production and analysis for people metrics and reward data.
  • Produce reports using HR database information for legal surveys.
  • Ensure payroll information is accurate and provide clear instructions on reward or benefit changes.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on the firm's systems.
  • Support other functions across the business as needed.
  • Stay informed of regulatory developments relevant to reward and benefits.
  • Manage the Reward, Benefits & Data Advisor.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Reward and Benefits role.
  • Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong people and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Delivers HR services with a 'can do' approach.
  • Commitment, passion, and enthusiasm for the role.
  • Experience using Human Resources Management Systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
  • Good research abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR operations, including hiring, payroll, and employee benefits.
  • Reflects the firm's culture and represents the firm appropriately.
