**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments of assets, ensuring accurate customs documentation and timely delivery.
- Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, storing, and packing assets and maintaining organised warehouse storge areas.
- Collaborate with operations and third party contractors to obtain accurate quotes.
- Conduct regular inventory audits for client updates and asset control.
- Produce regular updates and reports to management on inventory audits, enquiry status and financial budgets.
- Implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and team efficiencies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to account stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Experience**:

- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse best practices.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service to account stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Previous experience in understanding customs and carnet processes for overseas shipments, an advantage, but not essential.
- Adaptable, problem-solver to be both hands-on in the warehouse and also competent using Microsoft 365 and Excel.
