**About Us**:
We are an experiential events marketing agency dedicated to delivering exceptional service and engagement to meet our clients' objectives. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Administrator to support us in our event kit bookings process.

**About the role**:
As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll collaborate closely with the client services team and the Account Manager in ensuring the smooth execution of our asset bookings and logistics program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate with clients to schedule and book their assets for various live events.
- Maintain an up-to-date live inventory management system of event assets stored onsite.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients regarding event logistics and quotes.
- Communicate event details, schedules, and expectations clearly to all stakeholders.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for crew delivering assets for events.
- Ensure stakeholders have all necessary information, shipping forms and carnets for attendance at each event, as well as preparing and packing event assets.
- Maintain accurate records of event assets, shipping and booking details for billing.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably in event management or logistics, but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple schedules, deadlines and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions.

Ideally looking for someone ready for an immediate start on a part-time basis, with flexibility around hours, to perhaps suit other commitments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
