The opportunity:
The Operations Support Coordinator (OSC) will be key to delivering daily / weekly stats and data to support the operational solution via our 3pl with specific focus across the growing retail and production operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Compilation of UKDC reporting to form daily DC Operations Dashboard as required
- Support DC2S process and align activity with 3pl dedicated team and internal supply chain team
- Ensure daily / weekly retail workload is achieved within SLA’s
- Carry out weekly operational checks within the DC to ensure all quality checks are in place
- Liaise with stores for deliveries and ensure SLA’s achieved
- Work with transport provider to minimize costs and operate store deliveries within budget
- Plan and support production runs throughout the year supporting wider team on pricing and tracking
- Align production with the internal Sephora Favourites team
- Be an integral part of the DC operations team and liaise daily with 3pl team

Skills / Qualifications:

- Numerate with excellent Excel and Google doc skills
- Well organized and able to manage time and workload
- Great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Good at building and maintaining relationships
- Flexible attitude to change
