THE ROLE
As Venue Services Coordinator you will be working in a fast-paced environment monitoring and managing venue service requirements across the large site. Responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the wider operations team including facilities and safety
- Monitoring and tracking maintenance works across the site
- Producing documentation including risk assessments and procedures
- Working in line with the H & S policy
- Maintaining material stock control
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Conducting new starter site inductions
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have experience in operational/facilities management with a good understanding of H & S, a clean UK driving licence and excellent attention to detail.
