Recruitment Account Coordinator
Job Title: Recruitment Account Coordinator
Type: Temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent (Monday to Friday, 11 am-7 pm / 12 pm-8 pm)
Location: Northampton
Salary: £12.50 per hour (40 hours a week)

The Opportunity
Here's your opportunity to join the UK's largest recruitment business as a Recruitment Account Coordinator. In this role, you will supply temporary workers to our highly successful retail operation in Northampton.
To excel in this position, you'll need to be customer-focused, dedicated to delivering the best service possible, and a natural problem solver. While experience in an on-site recruitment environment would be beneficial, it's not essential. If you have transferable skills, we can provide training on all the necessary elements for success in this role.
What You'll Do as a Recruitment Account Coordinator
This role is dynamic, involving assisting candidates in finding the best jobs, problem-solving, and optimizing the candidate experience and working environment. Here's a glimpse of what you can expect:
Meeting client deadlines by fulfilling staffing requirements
Recruiting, selecting, and onboarding workers
Inputting and verifying data for weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy
Managing administrative processes such as absences and change requests
Ensuring compliance requirements are met and maintaining secure records for auditing
Providing prompt and efficient responses to worker queries, ensuring a positive customer experience
