This busy SME, FRS Ltd, is currently seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time Maternity contract basis. Office-based, 9-5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Accounts department with bank reconciliations and offsetting transactions.
  • Process invoices and payments on the Sage accounting system.
  • Generate and send customer statements.
  • Manage the centralized mailbox and categorize incoming correspondence.
  • Assist with system maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Distribute incoming post and maintain a well-organized filing system.
  • Provide administrative support for projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Previous experience in office or accounts administration would be beneficial in this role.
