Allstaff Office Services Division have partnered with our well-established client who are seeking a temporary Event Administrator for approx. 2-3 weeks at there Event location in Glasgow.

Duties of this role include:

- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining event databases.
- Assist with on-site event coordination, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
- Work with event managers to organise event timelines, budgets, and logístical plans.
- Other duties as required.

We are keen to speak with those who have experience in a similar Events Administrator position and who are proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Those who are highly organised, have strong attention to detail and a have a professional and friendly manner.

This is a full-time position, shift based (Early & Late) and has a pay rate of £12.50 per hour.

Allstaff is operating as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary staff, engaging and paying workers directly and supplying to a client who will control the worker in the course of their work.
