**Tasks**
- Use of Salesforce CRM platform
- Processing work orders/jobs
- Updating customer records on database
- Inputting falconry, hygiene & sub-contractor reports onto system
- Mail - incoming & outgoing
- Making up report books
- Creating fly charts & bait plans via Publisher
- Printing & sending service reports
- Use of van tracking system to route plan technicians
- Assisting members of the office team with ad-hoc tasks

- Helpful, enthusiastic, friendly, polite
- Accurate keyboard skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent literacy & numeracy skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word & Excel
