My client based in Watford is recruiting for a Compliance Executive to support with the delivery of engagement visits for one of their largest clients and to ensure critical compliance and process support is offered to the Client Services team.

This will include active monitoring performance and compliance audits. This is key role within the business
- Oversee and maintain communication and the collaboration between audit, compliance, training functions
- Ensure detailed audit outcomes are shared with the relevant Regional Managers
- Provide feedback to the training team
- Be actively involved in field reporting systems and KPIs

**Skills and Experience**
- Confident in the use of MS office suite and Excel.
- Ability to provide compliance insights
- Strong communication skills
- Compliance implementation

Location: Onsite-Watford Head Office
