This Key Accounts / Customer Service specialist role has been created due to business growth. In this role you will be responsible for a portfolio of large business customers and offer support from sales order processing to aftersales.

This role is a fully relationship management role and will not include any sales or up-sales.

The role is based in St Helens 2-3 days per week and homeworking thereon after, you'll work Monday - Friday (flexible hours) and be based within a specialist team of 5.

**Description**

Typical responsibilities in this role will include:
*Relationship management will be at the heart of everything you do, you'll be in hand for your small portfolio of high spend, high volume customers and assist your contacts with any manor of query or question

*Sales Order processing will be one of your most time consuming tasks, you'll use Excel to a high level to understand orders coming through weekly and use this data to provide projections to your stakeholders

*Internal relationship management, with all key account management roles this one will also include you acting as the main contact for you client with queries that require internal fact finding, having strong relationships with your colleagues across thebrand will help ensure a quick turnaround

*System skills: this role will require you to be strong on your abilities to manage ERP systems together with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams.

**Profile**

*A strong background in B2B customer services

*Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills

*Ability to create strong relationships

We are also looking for:
*Applicants who are in commutable distance to Warrington

*A background with management of business customers, smaller portfolios with larger customers is preferred

*Any experience working for large brands from retail would be an advantage
