**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the usage of our products in existing accounts and expand our customer base through clinical education and effective sales strategies.
- Train both new and existing sales staff on the clinical and product aspects of our simulator lines.
- Provide ongoing clinical support, ensuring customers can safely and efficiently operate our simulators.
- Foster business growth, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Visit hospitals and healthcare facilities to train staff, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and gather product feedback.
- Address customer concerns, collaborating with sales teams to develop solutions.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance your industry knowledge.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and responsibilities.
- Engage in clinical presentations, workshops, and industry trade shows to promote our products.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as and when required, in line with business needs.

Required Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare-related field, advanced degree or professional credentials preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally involving diagnostics or OR/ICU environments.
- Experience in clinical education, training program development, and sales within the healthcare sector.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective customer relationships.
- Proven ability to drive product adoption and manage projects.
- Technical proficiency with medical simulators and related software.
