**About you**:
You enjoy working with people, and are always happy to lend a hand where needed. Comfortable working in a pretty fast changing environment, you are happy to grow into the role as the company grows. Working well under some pressure, you’ve got experience in keeping lines of communication open about timelines and workload. With excellent experience in supporting higher level members of staff, you will be very comfortable speaking with all staff including directors/owners.

**What will I spend my day doing at Noriker?**
- You’ll work closely with the Office Manager to support across various areas of the business
- Alongside the office manager, you’ll work with Directors and Senior Leadership to offer administrative support
- Assisting the HR Director with HR/People administration
- Help your colleagues and seniors with diary management including organising meetings and arranging appointments
- Assist with the preparation of board packs and monthly reporting
- Ensure administration systems are kept up to date and remain easy to use
- Helping various projects to draft presentations from information provided to you
- Help the Office Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of Board/Senior Management meetings, for instance drafting agendas and action plans, and recording minutes
- General duties in the office, environment management, travel management, events and social arrangements

**What skills will I need to succeed?**
- Previous office administrative experience is key here
- If you’ve ever been a PA or EA, that would be ideal
- You’re be a great communicator, both verbal and written
- You are great at task prioritisation, and can manage your time well
- As a results driven, self-motivated person with a “Can Do” attitude, you will be motivated by knowing you’ve had a job well done
- You’re reliable and resourceful, and most importantly enjoy what you do
