CCTVdirect is looking to expand our award-winning internal tech support team.

We are seeking the best customer-focused IT or Security experts to support our business buyers with issues that may arise onsite post-purchase or pre-sales.

We are one of the U.Ks leading security and CCTV distributors supplying components and IT equipment across the country.

Providing outstanding customer service is at the heart of everything we do and as a result we are looking for exceptional IT or Ex Security installers and will reward you accordingly.

The role and environment is fast-paced, progressive and fun. You will be amazing on the phone, confident, friendly, passionate but professional. We utilise a world leading CRM system based on Salesforce service desk and systems such as TeamViewer.

We are looking for 1st level tech support experts or those wishing to move to 2nd or even 3rd level. You will need networking and IT support experience but the ability to learn technically support our full range of world leading CCTV and security products to our regular Trade buyers and system installers.

**Requirements**:

- Incredible customer service
- Excellent communication skills both on the telephone and in writing
- Tech Support helpdesk experience
- Networking and exceptional IT skills and understanding
- TeamViewer or similar
- The ability to learn a new product range quickly and be technically minded.

**Base Salary is dependent on relevant experience.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
