Our client, one of the most prominent sets of barrister chambers in the country is looking for an excellently presented, personable and reliable **Receptionist** that is passionate about providing that front of house and first class service, are you experienced within **hospitality and events, **along with good **admin and organisational skills?**
You would be working in a **State of the Art building, **based in Holborn, London.
- **This is a Temp to Perm position, starting immediately**_
Overview:
- Providing first class experience by providing an organised, professional front of house and hospitality service.
- Ensuring that the conference floor and waiting room are organised and serviced to the highest standard.
- Assisting with event planning and coordination.
- Providing administration support to various departments.
- Opening up reception each morning at 8.30 or 9.00am and closing at 5.30 or 6pm.
Full job spec available.
**As a Receptionist you will need**:
- Previous reception experience required - a must
- MS365, Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- A Level /BTEC/NVQ/Degree
**Desirable**:
- LEX diary system
- Experience in a professional legal environment or similar.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
