**Full Scale Digital Job Description - Booking Assistant**

**Location**:Beeston, Nottingham

**Basic Salary**: £22,500

**Working Hours**: Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm & Friday 9am-3pm

**Roles & responsibility**:

- Manage and qualify leads on behalf of our clients.
- Identifying potential needs and creating highly qualified appointments.
- Understanding key unique selling points for each client.
- Commitment to increasing industry knowledge to provide a much stronger customer experience (training will be provided).
- Ability to identify upsell and cross selling opportunities during conversations to enhance the project potential and introduce additional revenue channels to optimise client earnings from each lead.
- Managing and maintaining scheduled follow-ups to ensure client pipeline creates a continuous flow of maturing leads and appointments.
- Maintaining clear information with each appointment to provide a detailed handover to each client.
- Consistently hit and overachieve on targets.
- Analyse performance data for clients and have a proactive approach to any issue that may arise.
- Ability to manage client relationships and manage continuous client reviews to discuss overall campaign performance.

- Self-disciplined and highly organised with the ability to work independently.
- Strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and digital technologies to enhance communication.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategy, product demonstration and sales reports.
- Excitement to be part of a fast-paced and energetic environment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is the highest priority.
- Ability to adhere to General Data Protection Regulations.
- An eye for detail and maintaining excellent quality standards.
