**Salary**: circa £27,000 per annum (inclusive of Inner London Weighting allowance)

About this opportunity**
As **Workplace Services Coordinator** you will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the hard facilities services pre planned maintenance calendar, ensuring contractor visits are attended on schedule, supporting the booking of contractorsand overseeing works to ensure they are completed.
Reporting to the Workplace Services Manager, you will organise all plant and equipment servicing for the building, ensuring monthly maintenance is completed on time and failing assets are logged with the relevant service provider along with maintaining facilitiesmanagement service records ensuring report sheets, compliance records and checklists are complete and up to date.
You will oversee servicing and quoted works, check that health and safety standards are maintained by reviewing RAMS and observing working practices, and ensuring the works are completed to satisfaction.
You will be act as customer liaison for staff and volunteers onsite for any facilities or building service related queries, referring requests to the relevant person for support along with providing administrative support including purchase order coordination,ongoing management of operational spreadsheets and creating relevant operational control documents.

**This role might be for you if**
- You have previous experience working with facilities or building management, ideally in a facilities coordinator or facilities assistant role.
- You have an understanding of hard FM systems and of health and safety legislation.
- You have commercial and operational awareness of facilities management services.
- You can work collaboratively across various levels within the organisation and can build and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers.
- You have the ability to assess and prioritise situations and demonstrate excellent problem solving skills.
- You have excellent administration and data management skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with first class attention to detail.
- You display excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are organised and self-motivated with the ability to deal with competing and changing demands with minimum supervision.
- If you have IOSH Managing Safety accreditation and / or IWFM membership this will be a distinct advantage, as will experience of working within a multi-tenanted building.
